I know it can vary but a general range would be good??? Best guess is in the mid 60's. I've done IMCDA 4 times in a sleeveless wetsuit with no issues. Is where you live warmer and dryer than here in PA? I'd be doing more road riding if the weather would cooperate. In place of it I have been doing quite a bit of mountain biking. Hoping to be able to run more in the next week. Got a shot in my heel for PF yesterday and working on another new pair of orthotics...What the heck it's only money. I am training at a different level this year. I am going to crush my PR!!!!! |

Yahoo directions say about 1700 miles to go directly from here to CdA. |

I'm flying from Raleigh, NC (planning to fly into Spokane and then drive it over I guess... I still have to actually book travel reservations). I'm not sure how long I'm staying though... do most people get outta town the day after the race? I've booked vacation time at work from the Weds before race day.. sched'd to return to work the Thursday after. I figure it's a destination spot.. why not vacation a bit and soak up the scenery ! |

We are making the race a kind of family reunion. My SIL's family lives in Spokane and has a lake house at CDA. We're all staying there and I would actually like to spend some social time with them since I haven't seen them since Thanksgiving of 2007! |

Make your reservations early for the White House Grill and make sure to take your partner with you as you'll smell of garlic for a few days. |
