Subject: Space Shuttle and International Space Station Flying Over your House this week!Hey All, BT resident Space Geek is back to tell you of some Spectacular Opportunities this week, into next, to see the Space Station and Space Shuttle flying overhead. What makes it great this time around is it's early evening (5p-6p), right around sunset and the air is chilling down. Viewing the sky is always easier in cooler weather than warmer weather. Also, they are docked to each other, thus reflecting more light. Later in the week, when they separate, they'll appear to be chasing each other across the sky. And yes, my friends Down Under and over the Pond in the UK, it appears you'll be able to see it as well. The Northwest USA, unfortunately, will not have as good an opportunity. Here is the link, choose your country on left hand side and find state and then closest city. Tonight appears to be the best night for those of you along the Southern Portion of the USA, while Friday appears to be best for Northeast. Enjoy! Space Shuttle Sighting |
