Phew!  Everything is tired today!

 Except I am still SUPER excited to run!  Last prescribed treadmill run!!

 :35 on the treadmill (lvl 1 incline) 1 min. walk/4 min. run (increasing run speed every rep)

 :15 Core afterwards!

I did about 20 minutes of core/stability/stretching with a personal trainer at the gym today (kind of a waste of time, in my opinion) and then did 16 minutes of intervals:

8x1'@4mph/

2x1'@7.5

2x1'@8

2x1'@8.5

1x1'@9

1x1'@9.5

Good way to work up a sweat!

Peby may be the first every day but I'm usually the last.

 

Week 5, day 2 of pushups. Almost killed me.  7 sets. Only 45 sec rest between altho I stretched that out near the end.

 

10+10+13+13+10+10+9+25=100 pushups.

4 sets of 30 crunches

Plank 3 X 30 second

30 squats

7 upper body exercises, 3 sets of 8-10
