I tried not to get all worked up about the lost splits but this is getting silly. I suddenly got 45 sec faster but still finished in the same position. Really speedy feet - just leave alone - it is a royal screw up- stop trying to put humpty dumpty together cause he would just look like a freak

good news- they responded to my email.
nothing to note other than they did acknowledge my questions. 

result changes for this race are fairly irrelevant at this point (unless you are changing genders of course)

My only concern about the lack of splits is that this was my first race, and I had no idea what I was doing, and having some help from them on my times would have been extremely useful.
