Hey all.  Echoing the last few sentiments.  We had moves, family troubles, roof troubles, swims in 5 different states, injuries, etc and we all still did very well.  It was pleasure being on your team!

I just got back from a double session in an attempt to make my swim goals respectable.

Great month everyone!

I love toppage (and bottomage)!

Hi Team!

what a couple of busy days I've had!

Here's a pic of Kristin and me

Uh oh, it looks like Kristin kicked your butt by 16 inches!!!  You need to teach her a lesson in Hyannis!

Just got in my last swim of the month, which brought me to 86% of my goal. Bike and run were both over 100%.  I'm really amazed that I reached 100% on any of these goals. This was the most I've ever run in one month, and I actually got myself on the trainer, which is a small miracle for me Thank you all for the motivation and inspiration!!!

Team! it has been great!

I did not meet my goal, and true confessions - I swam today instead of running

I just did not have it in my heart to run another inch after this last month - the mileage is not that much more than the previous month, but the effort is way more - hard to explain

i guess maybe the important thing, is that after this month, i have made HUGE progress, i have completed a distance i never thought i would -

and, well I'm just feeling good about what I accomplished this month

it's been great to be a member of True Grit!

Morning team

Everyone make sure to update the spreadsheet so Slugger can get all the good numbers and figure out the positions of all the team.

Thank you all for an awesome month, Go Grit Go
