Subject: Did a Workout on Diff. Day than Plan Specfied - What do I do?I know this has probably been asked 100 other times, but can't find exactly what I'm looking for searching this forum, but.... I've uploaded a BT Plan into my Training Log ... because of my schedule or maybe weather, etc ... I will do a planned workout on a different day - how do I handle this? Do I move the Planned Workout to the day I actually did the workout? Or do I go ahead and log my workout results/details on the Planned day, even though it was done a different day? For example, tomorrow I'm supposed to bike for 1 hour, but will not be able to and so I did the bike workout today. Should I just mark it down as though I did this on Monday, or is there a way I can move the Planned Bike ride from Monday back to Sunday? Thanks! |
