Comments:

This was my first 5K since 1997, so I had no expectations. My only goals were to finish without walking and not to be last. I accomplished those goals, and I'm pretty happy with my time, which was faster than my training times.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked back to the registration center. Had a snack and drank some water.

Event comments:

Fun race, lots of people. Well organized.

Great race.  You should be very proud.  A 5K is a wonderful distance--long enough to be very uncomfortable!   It is a great test to validate training and establishing baselines.
