And perhaps a little t-run?  Josh just mapped out a route in case there isn't a group to ride with after.

Is all this fun happening Saturday or Sunday?  I'd be able to make Sunday but I have a feeling you guys are talking about Saturday .

Yeah, it's Saturday.  Just massage your plans a bit.  It'll only be about 5 hours of workout time!

running4beer - 2009-06-23 10:33 AM Is there also another Dreamfar simulated tri at Walden this weekend?  I missed the last one...

It's on the schedule so I'd say yes - they're very good about sticking to that.  Starts at 7am though so they'll be cleared out of the water long before BTT gets there

I am not running, but there may be some to take you up on this offer.  Here is the route I came up with.

It's really only 2A, 12, and 117.  Those roads are a little busy but it's nice not to have to make a million turns.

I haven't, but as Rob said it looks straight forward.  I will try and find a map.  Doesn't anyone have one of those iPhone thingys?

If it helps, HockeyHands and I are familiar with the 2A/route 12 area.  We will be riding right passed Whalom Park where I puked on the round up at age 12.  I also may or may not have got to second base in the house of horrors.

Edit changing past to passed

2A is a really sucky road to bike on - I might come with alternatives....a river runs through it is a nice ride

river runs through it - long

I counted 97 "turns".  But, Route 12 would also suck to ride on.  So, I'm down for following Cat through central mass (if I can keep up).

So I just mapped it here and the crib sheet is slightly wrong in some places.  Also, it looks like a lot of small rural roads.  I am ok with whatever, but we should definitely make sure everyone has the correct directions and try and stick together.

but I already have it in my garmin 305 and it actually worked for that ride....in addition to cue sheet....

I agree with everyone sticking together - I have been instructed to ride easy....by my swim coach....and we can just wait at turns....
I did this ride once and it was a nice ride.  and as I recall the road markings were still in place so I only looked at that and the garmin on my wrist....

Sounds great.  I'm excited.  Josh said that he wanted to run 13 after the bike so I think we should all oblige him.

Sorry, only one 13 mile run a week for me.  You are more than welcome to continue on.
