Subject: RE: Anyone using Don Fink's IM plan?Easiest way I've found to do this to export current planned data (even empty ) for the time period you want. This will give you a CSV file that you can then work with in Excel to enter your data. After completing, you then re-import into the BT plan. Attaching a sample for what I've done for the first 2 weeks of the 30 program for IMAZ. I'm actually working on a combination plan of weeks 1-10 of Fink, and then 11-30 (20wk ) BT Ironman plan.
