If you are, I had someone from 'another' tri website email me the competitive plan in Excel and Word.  The guy did a great job of putting it into digital format- it's broken down into each phase, just like the book.  If you want a copy, PM me your email address.

Having the book is still a good idea, he didn't detail each swim workout, but I didn't want to carry around the book all summer.

Thanks, PM sent.  Also does anyone have the first week or so of the swim workouts in detail?

I ordered it from Amazon yesterday but I don't think I will have it by Monday next week (30 weeks out of IMAZ)

Hey everyone, I didn't expect to get 20+ PM's, so I'll compile everyone's email address this weekend and send it out ASAP- sorry, I work out of my car so no workday emailing for me!

BTW- it's the competitive plan in case you were wondering...

Thanks a bunch!  Now if I can figure out how to import it to the BT plan I'll be doing real good.

Easiest way I've found to do this to export current planned data (even empty) for the time period you want. This will give you a CSV file that you can then work with in Excel to enter your data. After completing, you then re-import into the BT plan.

Attaching a sample for what I've done for the first 2 weeks of the 30 program for IMAZ. I'm actually working on a combination plan of weeks 1-10 of Fink, and then 11-30 (20wk) BT Ironman plan.
