Wendi (G8RSAX) and Mike (G8RLA94) and I did the 5K for Lisa Jaden and baby a day late, but we did it anyway. Wendi's son Ben ran/walked too. DId the first mile with Wendi in 10:11, wlaked/ran with Ben for a mile or so (didn't put this in my time) then ran and walked a little for the last 2 miles.

My hip was killing me from the stop and start. If I stop I just can't get going again.
