Roll Call - John Tanner State Park Tri (Page 4)

I did it!!!! I ran 5k!  Well, at least I did that.  Pretty uneventful to prepare for a tri coming from the 'pawn shop' so to speak.  I rainned it in under 24 minutes which was much faster than I had anticipated or ever trained at.

Funny that the last official race I ever did was at Ft. Rucker, AL., not too far down the road. 

Nice to have met Dominick and Mike, think it's TriathMike. 

To end it all I locked the wrong Nissan key in the car.  Thank goodness for the Park Ranger's son that finally depressed the button with some new 'air bag' door opening technology.
