Avatar, Avatar, where is the place to change it now?

sorry...im doing the last of the navigational changes this week....its appears above your login-info box after you login...you know, the one showing # users online, inbox, etc...

Under the Beginner Triathlete.com logo (top left) there is a window that says 'Welcome, ...) on the top of this window are two little links, home and control panel. Click the control panel one.

I am trying to change my Avatar. I delete the old one and load an new file. The old one keeps coming back, why?

Could be the old one is still in your browsers cache. Force a full reload of the page with Ctrl+F5. Also, it may take some time (30 minutes or so depending on how the server is configured) for the servers cache to get flushed and reloaded.
