Subject: running schedule/volume/intensity help needed I am about to add a 4th day of running per week and rejigure my running days to become Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I am unsure about what to do on Wednesday and Friday as my schedule might look something like this:
Sunday: Long run, up to 90 mins
Monday: Recovery run, ~30 mins
Wednesday: Run ~60 mins with speed/tempo/intervals/etc?
Friday: Go easy in anticipation for long bike on Sat and long run on Sun?
