So, Augusta is sorely lacking in Tri teams and tri-training groups.  So...we are resurrecting the sTRIders portion of the Augusta Striders.  If you have any ideas for group workouts or things you would like to see, let me know!  Otherwise, we are going to start having brick workouts on Sat or Sun mornings...times TBD, but I'll let peeps know in a few days.

Want more info?  PM me!

This is great.  I've briefly thought abot trying to start some sort of tri group in the area but that is not my forte so I wouldn't know where to begin.

Just a heads up and sort of a shameless plug...

Endurance Concepts (for those of you who don't know, an Atlanta-based tri team and multisport coaching company) will be hosting at least one training camp in Augusta for the HIM. If you're interested in details (or coaching services ), feel free to PM me.

Also...thanks, Penny, for coming out to the Striders meeting last week and for taking this on. You rock!

I am in for this is well.  Please try to let us ATL folks know at least 2 weeks in advance so we can make plans to get over there for any training sessions...
