I saw the cutest sign the other day at my tri, it was an all womens tri and it said
"My wife runs like a girl, now see if you can catch up"

what was your favorite sign along the course ?

I saw a t-shirt that said:

I don't do triathlons, just a triathlete.

I tried to convince my dh to get one, but he wasn't buying it.

Someone at the Flying Pig 1/2 Mary had a sign at mile 11 that said "Beer: 2.1 Miles Ahead", loved it!

There was one on a hill in my last tri that said "Old chicks rule".   That was amusing, and made me push it since I'm only 40...  couldn't let those REALLY old chicks pass me.

At my Oly this year there was someone holding a sign that said 'Run faster you lazy Bast*rd'.  It did the job for me.  I met the guy afterwards.  He was British.  Typical British humor.

At Lums Pond St Park the sprint tri runs down a road frequented by horse riders. A large 'pile' in the middle of the run path was circled with spray paint and labeled 'Hot Lunch'. Not motivational, but at the time I thought it was pretty funny.

My ex-SO has that shirt and still loves it.

Not a sign, but my favorite cheer from the last tri I did (overseas, and it was a bunch of kids):

HEY, THE FAT ONE CAN DO IT!!!
