Subject: what to do on recovery weeksHi Folks
Ive found myself floundering around abit in the last 4 times of recovery weeks. Basically im lost with knowing exactly what to do.
At the moment ive been limiting myself to 4 sessions during the recovery week (i usually train 5 or 6 sessions ), made up of a mix of:
- 30 or 40min runs at a really easy pace. No speed, no intervals, no set distance, just just jog for 30 or 40mins.
- 40mins skipping
- 30/40kms ride, easy pace, easy spin.
My question is am i doing this correctly? or am i loosing too much speed/fitness/whatever during this week.
