So you don't have to do all three all the time, you just add up all your distances and see how many ironman distances you complete. So if you ran 13.1m on Mon and Thursday, biked 70 on Saturday and 42 on Sunday, and swam .8 on Sunday and 1.6 on Tuesday you'd have 1 Ironman for the month so far. |
