Who's the jerk that wizzed in Sasamat Lake? I thought the water tasted a bit funny the other day! I'm still going to be swimming up there, but who ever has piddled in the lake, please stop!

You can always do Buntzen. A bit colder, but way cleaner!

high temperatures will make all the charming fecal bacteria multiply readily...apparently goose logs are to blame, and they definitely do make the beach less than lovely....take care swimming in these conditions...I agree with suggestion of Buntzen...because it is so much colder...bacterial growth shouldn't be as bad. Yummy...what a dinner topic!! SAFE training all

Aside from being Canada's national bird, why don't we hunt them?

Why didn;t they pick a woodpecker or the kingfisher? Robins! They don't poop much? The advisory has been lifted, as of yesterday. The geese all rejoiced!

If you've ever seen what the dogs at the dog beach do, you might reconsider.  Wtf is up with dog's crapping right in the lake???

My dog's never done that.

They want to see how far their owner will go to pick up their doo-doo.

We can hunt them. They just choose to reside in an area that is closed to hunting. Smart bird.

Down here the Daily limit is 5 the possesion limit is 10.

Funny how everybody thinks they are protected. They greater Canadian goose was protected in the early 60's I believe but that changed as they came back due to proper management of the species done by wildlife control.

Now, nobody hunts and they ruin our lakes for swimming....

I always think it is hilarious that, at Christmas/Easter, people literally line up to have a fresh turkey...why not just go to the local park and get oneself a poopmachine goose...the guests would never notice... if everyone did that, we would have cleaner parks!!

Happy training
