There goes Bertie. Please.

Well, THAT move didn't work. He managed to peel off Kloden. And for what?  A 20 second advantage on a 15K descent?

Silly Billy that Bertie. Schlecks can't shift him though.

Post race interview should reveal all. Bertie was talking to kloden before he went. Kloden may have thought he was stronger than he was. Bertie kept on looking back for him, again, again & again.

Or he was saying: "Now we dance and yes, it will be a slow jam!" and Klodden was replying "I neet to verk Hah-derr."

Bertie shouldn't contest the sprint.

That's class. Bertie lets Andy win, Lance lets Nibali come thru in front of him.

From CN:

  1. 17:23 CEST

Wiggins finishes, 3'09" back... So he didn't lose a massive amount of time.

Easy for them to say......

No don't look at him like that. The boy did great. That Col de Romme was steep. Still got the T/T tomorrow.

He does have the TT tomorrow.  Maybe he decided to rest a little and focus on that.

See ya, Jen!

It'll be interesting to see how much wiggo, schlex, kloden have left in their legs for the TT. They pretty much left it all out on the road today.

Not at all worried about Lance, Nibali, or Bertie. They were passengers for most of the day.
