Subject: Turned AnkleTook my family up to Voyageurs National Park for a canoe trip this week. One day into the trip, I promptly rolled my ankle. First thing I thought, "Damn, this is going to really suck for my training... which already sucks this summer." Fortunately, it's not a bad sprain. There isn't much swelling and I'm walking around fine. Haven't tried running yet. We'll see how that goes once I'm back in the Cities. Eeesh. What else can happen this season? |
