Sweet ride- hills are very doable-one gradual , couple of shorter steeper- nothing really significant & the pavement is fresh- theyare having the street sweeper do the bike lane saturday too! The middle section-Magnolia is a winding residential with one steeper descent that goes down to a railroad bridge-very narroe-that still had some running water- then a sharp right  uphill..if a lot of speed demons or drifters could be dicey- but overall a fun ride- from the sound of it this will be an incredibly well volunteered race too.
