Subject: RE: 2 a days (running training)I've been adding a 10 to 15 min moderate run following my morning tempo bike rides. Then going for a mid-distance 5-7 mile run (with some tempo/speed work ) after work. This helps me get my mileage up and seems to be helping with the bike to run transition. My average pace also seems to be improving on all runs (from mid 8 min moderate training pace to high 7/low 8 ). I do this double once a week. Edited by jellyfish 2009-08-18 2:58 PM
