Subject: How much can I improve my bike in 3 weeks?I have been doing the beginner BT HIM plan and have 3 weeks before taper. I am realizing that I need to improve my bike endurance. I can do the distance in the time I am hoping for (3 hours ), but feel I use a little too much energy on the bike and won't have what I need to acheive my goal for the run. I have only been on a road bike for exactly one year. Actually, my road bike is on sabbatical since I got my tri bike. I am thinking I will just have to suck it up this year and gain more time in the saddle for my 2010 race season. Anything that might help? |
