I bought these shoes online and I love them. Only thing is they are a little too big. They are size 41.5 and I really need the 41. I wore them for about 500 miles. The bottoms are a little scuffed due to wearing them on a group ride where I had to get off and carry my bike over a gravel railroad track. Other than that cosmetic issue, they are in great shape and I really wish they were a half size smaller!

PS: I wear a 41 in my Shimano road bike shoes. I even tried the LG shoes on in LBS before ordering online. So, I don't know why I picked the 41.5! Kicking myself over that one! I would say that if you wear a 41.5 in shimano, these will fit you.

How is the toe box area in this shoe? Would you say it's fairly wide...or on the narrower side?

Well, I always buy the men's version to get a little more width. I would say they are a little narrower than typical men's shoes. Would it help if I took a picture side by side next to my old shimano road shoes?

Well since you mentioned that you think they run a little narrower, I don't think they'll work for me. Too bad...it's a great-looking tri shoe. I'm sure somebody will snap them up at that price.

I've got the lg carbon tri airs, I got them a size larger than my "running shoe size" and they run pretty wide for me, if that's any help.
