"The Pain-Free Triathlete" is advertised on the bottom of the page here on BT.  Any success stories? I'm thinking about getting it...

Yes, I've had great success in using Julie Donnelly's (author of the referenced book) treatment techniques for treating my chronic calf problems.  Between the treatment techniques taught in her books and direct correspondence with her via the forum on her site http://www.julstro.com/, I learned a lot about why I was having problems and what to do about it.  I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend...of all my books, this is the one I go back to over and over.

Bought the book when I started having some knee issues, posted on her forum and she really helped me out with the self treatment stuff.

The wife and I both check it out when aches and pains start up.  Seems like a valuable resource to have around even though were lucky enough to not need it all that often.

Thanks all!

Have any of you used these techniques for ITBS?
