Swim
Comments: Good swim for me, ran into a lot of people around buoys. Drafted a bit. Sun was tough on second half. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: Went hard, passed a lot of people was only passed by a few What would you do differently?: Slow down a bit and drink more, only had 3/4 of bottle with clif mix, needed more, paid for it on run Transition 2
Run
Comments: Run killed me because either went too hard on bike or did not fuel enough. Started out ok, ran 7:15, 7:20 then told myself to slow down a bit. Wanted to break 2:30 and had a good chance but around mile 4 I started to feel it and pace fell way down to over 8/miles. Was beat. Did best I could but overall pretty disappointed with run. Was my limiter. Post race

Got up ate a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter, water, coffee.
Peed in my wetsuit and got my legs nice and warm. Ate a cliff shot, drank some water
