We've had reports of people with spaces in their usernames being unable to log in with the app. We can't reproduce this and would like some more information. If you're experiencing this, can you give us some more detail? Such as device, iOS version etc? Thanks.

I have an iPhone 4 with iOS version 4.2.1 and can't log in

The bug is due to the spaces in usernames. The next release which should be submitted to Apple in the next day or two has a fix for this.

if i changed my username to have an "_" instead of a space would it then work you think?

1.1 is in the App store...no new features, just fixed the bugs.

Yikes...hope this one is a stable winner...it should be, we put a lot of testing into these fixes.

Anybody else?  And to make sure, the fix is for version 1.1.  We tested this fix pretty good.

Same issue for me.I deleted the old app and installed the new one that had the real ease date of the 5th.I actually accidentally created last time a user name that is the same as mine only without the space. When I log on to the app with the space in my name it syncs to the username that doesn't have the space(the wrong one)On a side note, can you delete the "sleddog" user name it was created in error, then after we get that done I'd like to change my current name to be without the space......pm me if you have any questions or I have to go a different route.Tim

I'd go with whatever is the easier route, if getting my user name modified to no space or _ or - would work for you guys in the know, it would work for me.

I think we got the username space issue fixed...a new version 1.2 that is live will have the fix.
