Subject: Who's ready to SLIM DOWN and GET BUFF?Kelly is starting a new Boot-camp on 11/30 that will be on Monday nights. It is focused on burning off the pudge, and building strength. 4 high intensity sessions lasting 1 hour 30 min each for a total of $100. SMOKIN DEAL! We will be weighing in each week, and getting direction from Kelly on what we can be doing to slim down, and build muscle on top of our weekly workout session. This is GREAT for the off season/winter months and/or to incorporate into your running plans. We all know it's easier to run if you are not lugging around extra poundage!! AND, this class has the added benefit of helping us through that fat-gaining holiday months without totally ballooning up! Kelly always has new things to show us that we can carry into our ongoing training. If you haven't attended a HIT or FIT camp before, this is a great one to jump in on as it's not TRI specific, but just all around good high-intensity stuff to push us farther than we usually push ourselves.
Depending on who is interested, we have flexibility on the time. We can Either have the 5:30pm to 7pm slot, or 6pm to 7:30pm.
