He would never even consider it. He is a control freak and just hates it when I do something without his permission...LOL. I built my garage and he figured if I have time for that I can work more or when I had my pool put in and didn't borrow money from him...Boy he was not happy...LOL.

Hey fellow Clyde and ACC fan.  Screamin' at the TV during the ACC championship game?  Gotta be worth a pound or two :-)  Too bad about your tigers... had a couple of friends from Greenville that were pretty bummed out too.  Good news in Virginia though... Mike London as new coach... he'll definitely make VTech work a little harder for in-state recruits.  It'll be a few years before we move up in the Coastal Conference though.

Good luck with your knee.  Took me about a year to recover from mine and I still feel it now and then.

Congrats on your race Sailing! I hope to do that one day. I was down 1 to 182. I think that it not to bad since I went out of town this weekend. Got to get under 180 by the end of the year. I am on my six week of P90X so I do feel I might of gained a pound or to of muscle as well.Wink

If you are doing P90X then you have to take your "VIEW" into consideration as well. Keep track of the scale but don't beat yourself up if the "VIEW" is better.

I weighed 137.6 this morning, which is probably up a pound since last week.  Did I really gain a pound?  No, but that's my way - a roller coaster.  I would prefer a downhill ski run.

Hey guys, haven't been arund for a while... Updated news: I got another 4.0 this past qtr., still continuing to do the volunteer work, and I started working in a Psychology Lab for experience and a letter of recommendation for graduate school coming up after the summer. Just wanted to say hi, hope everyone is doing well.

Wow!  Josh is back.  How many people have "come back" this month?    They all miss you, Saling.  They all just plain miss you.

Got into a bad habit saying "Sure, I can eat a little, I'm training for a triathlon".

12/1       253.8
12/10     252.4

Shooting for the 240's!

Mine was that I got used to eating a lot because I was training and then when I wasn't doing that level of exercise, continuing to eat at the same level.  Both are deadly.

165 again this week.

In even worse news, I dropped a gallon paint can on my foot and broke my big toe. No running for me for a little bit...

Some people will go to extreme measures to avoid working out.

Isn't that the truth. However, She can still do some pull ups and work those teeny tiny lats (will help for swimming).

This week: 70.5 so as far as I remember no change.

Also my compression stockings arrvied (knee high type of things). I'm still quite upset when I think that I have to wear those things for the rest of my life. And yes they are totally, sickeningly horrible.
