I may to do Siouxperman in Sioux City in May, since the swimming portion is a bit less intense than Palo and it seems like a good first race. Where in Eastern Iowa are you? I'm in CR. |

I hope to find at least a couple more that are interested but I thought initialy we could work together on motivation and sharing any tips or tricks we have found in our trainning. |

128  | Subject: RE: Pigman Triathlon : Official Thread I would look into Midwest Extreme Triathlon (as mentioned above). I am a member and they always have something going on. I know right now they have Sunday Cycling at the MAC which is great if you hate getting on the trainer (such as myself). Prior to the race I am sure they will have swims in the lake, bike the course and then run the course as well. |
