Comments: Too cold, too sore, too many injuries - Left quad pulled due to the cold, both heels hurting like hell and both feet sore with plantar faciatis or whatever it is What would you do differently?: Not be a wussie and run through the pain!  Post race

Up very early, put on all the clothes that I brought with me. Damned cold. Went out to the bus stop with my yogurt, cookie and banana, grabbed a bus to the start where I grabbed a coffee.
No warm up. Just trying to stay warm or even stay away from hypothermia! FUCK! So cold, stupid weather!
