Comments:

The 3:30 pacers did their job to perfection. From mile 10-25 I ran off the front of the group, just to get out of the crowd. The furthest I got ahead of the pacers was about 45s. We were even at mile 25 and I put about 25s on them by the finish.

Very happy with this effort. Last 4 miles were really tough, mentally.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, I achieved both goals... under 3:30 and I qualified for Boston!

Talked with friend Craig while we waited for Jackie & Ryan to find us.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Just training. I trained hard for this, but being my first, I know there are improvements to come with additional training.

Event comments:

Great race! Field for the full was relatively small compared to the 1/2, so generally not crowded except when the two distances merged.

That is a fantastic race, Scott! Great job qualifying for Boston. Excellent work! I'm always envious of your weather, but now I'm equally envious of your running pace. Great job.
