Crappy bike month for me but I'm happy with my run progress. Can't wait to ride outside.
I had a stomach bug for a few days and a little cold that kept me lying low a few days (but I stayed peachy)!

Snow and a nasty bug put a damper on training this month. Started bike for the first time.

Run: 8.35 hours; 38 miles
Swim: 11,900 meters (8 workouts)
Bike: 2.5 hours (trainer); 2 falls; 1 crash (on pavement)
Stretch and strength exercises: 17.25 hours

Cross-country skiing: 5 hours
Snow shoeing: 2.5 hours
Shoveling: too much!

No injuries or sick days.  Basketball officiating is basically over so I'll be gaining a 2-3 nights a week.  Snow is starting to melt but we have a long way to go before we'll be riding outside.
