cliff bars, banana, green tea, wake the heck up at 4:15am to drive to Ewa

cloudy viz and crowded start. didn't really get stuck in the mosh pit though. water was nice, but a bit choppy, some small waves rounding the first buoy.

yeah, never did the Honolulu Tri, hopefully this year the jellyfish will stay away.

Yeah...I heard about that last year.  I checked the jellyfish calandar before I signed up.  Jellyfish are scheduled to be there about 2 weeks prior...so actually perfect timing.  I think they did it on purpose.
