Funny, on the way home I was thinking that I should block BT on my work computer because I have no self discipline!

I'm pretty happy that I got addicted (for a change). I was so fired up after reading posts at work all day (sorry boss) that I added time to my workout. Usually I cheat in the other direction.

"No self discipline"... so true and ironic. We sure have enough self discipline to train 5 to 7 days a week, don't we?

Second thing I do in the morning, grab coffee, log onto computer.  Go to BT.com and see what is new on forums, check training log for any inspiration.

1. turn on computer
2. go to radio website to get live feed
3. go to BT.com
4. go to corporate system to run reports.
5. let reports run while I browse BT
6. Keep BT up all day going back when I have a chance and just hitting refresh.

Nope, not addictive at all....

I am NOT on vacation, I have NOT checked this stie numerous times each day, and I am NOT on the computer right now, having my morning cup of coffee while watching cartoons with my nephew.

Just like when I am at work...... (minus the cartoons, of course!)

I wonder if a study is needed to correlate the birth rate of children of BT-ers and your surfing habits...that's when you know it might be addicting.

I concur, it is addictive especially to someone like me who is a newbie to the tri game, I feel like a sponge soaking up all the info, it's great.
