So Sasamat is good for swimming now?  Even for the not so cold water inclined triathletes?  Embarassed

YAY!

then get out of the water, run up the beach missing as much goose poop as possible, around the life ring then back into the water and swim until your breathing gets under control.

THEN you get to stop!

pass..........

I believe it was Confucius who said "When a body of water bodes to cold to cross, HTFU!". Confucius or someone like that.

Any plans for the lake this week? I'm down for whenever, even next weekend. My only problem is mobility, the old lady bogarts the car so I most likely won't be able to use it. With enough notice I'm sure I'll be able to swing something.

I'd like to get up there at least twice during the week, after work 5 or 6ish. If anyone else wants to join, let me know what days/times works for you.

For anyone swimming at Sasamat lately, what is the water temperature? Is a wetsuit required/recommended?
What days / times are folks swimming there?

thanks
