Pre-race routine:

had to get miles in today so ran the course twice
Event warmup:

running of the course twice and stretching
Run
  • 18m 2s
  • 3.11 miles
  • 05m 48s  min/mile
Comments:

good event. volunteers need to pay attention when pointing the direction of where runners are to go. saw one guy take a wrong turn after being directed by the volunteer and heard others say basically the same thing tho. however, one has to know the course of which they run!!
What would you do differently?:

nadda
Post race
Warm down:

ran the course two more times.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

havent been doing speed work for a 5K, only for half and full marathon. that will change tho after the green bay marathon!

Event comments:

better volunteers for directions, better posting of results.
