Warm down:

Almost puked. Drank too much fluids, took 3 energy gels.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Heart rate and conditioning. I need to drop 10 lbs and keep base training. Swim more so i can pick up some speed and get back to last years levels where i was always in the 30-40%

above 165 whole way, threw out cadence training for speed plus my cadence sensor wasnt working for some odd reason. I clocked 13.8 miles on the computer. happy with my speed. i know i ran the course correct-till need to see why they have me as DQ/DNF. i know i ran it right so must be a timing chip error. anyways i know what what i did and i am happy with it.

I'm pretty sure the bike course was a tidge short.  Another person also clocked 13.75ish miles.  I didn't look at the final distance, but I was thinking we'd be a little under 14.  I hope you can get that sorted out...

Strong race!  I thought the water was a little wavy too, I am glad you used that description in this RR.  I thought maybe I was being a baby
