Random events on 2am run...

I had a crazy busy day yesterday so needed to de-stress with hard bike/run.   by the time I got motivated it was already 11am, but I am nocturnal...    

Anyway, after a nice ride on the trainer, head out the door for a run around 1:15am.    I do a lot of rums around 11pm or so, but this is the latest in a while.    Things you see include:

1) cars driving with no headlights...    3 in fact.  
2) NOBODY stops at stop signs in residential neighborhoods.   Is there a cut off time that makes it safe to do so? 
3) Possums, raccoons and random cats can scare the $^&% out of you when hiding in the bushes along the road. 
4) Already posted on separate thread a while ago, but yes, I think I cause street lights to go out when I am near! 
5) Lastly, frogs do not move when you are coming.   This time of year we have these nice toads everywhere that love to eat bugs etc that land on sidewalks and running paths so they just sit there.    Last night one almost took my feet from under me.   It's like George Costanza and the squirrels, they just don't move.    Most the time I hop over them, but didn't see this one last night.
