A transgendered person has been sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison for declaring herself a woman. She said she had both male and female organs but lived as a woman. About 1 in 1000 babies have not-easily definable gender. The current thinking in medicine is to ASK the child what gender they are.

Throwing them in jail doesn't seem like a good solution.

I'm sorry my sense of humor is so bad.
