Comments: I really did much better this year than last year. Shaved 3 mins off last year. What would you do differently?: not much Transition 1
Comments: I planned on taking my time in transitions. It was so hot I just wanted to recover and eat/drink whatever I needed before moving on. What would you do differently?: not much Bike
Comments: It was a good ride. I think the new, lighter bike helped. I didn't get a time for last years ride so I don't know if I did better or not. I walked the bike up 2 hills but all in all I enjoyed it and feel good about my time. Transition 2
Comments: Again, not in a hurry. I ate a PB&J and just took my time. Run
Comments: By this time it was getting really hot. I tried the run/walk thing and it just didn't work. Around 1 mile I just decided to walk it. I felt fine when walking but wasted when running. It was a good decision even though I knew it would ruin my time. Post race
