Well I have been slacking off a lot the last few weeks and it finally caught up to my swimming. This was a very tiring effort and my arms felt exhausted the whole time. I finished in a respectable time though and that's all that matter

Jumping onto the bike I pushed it pretty hard from the get go. This was a pretty good performance from me. Easily an olympic bike leg pr. I was able to pass quite a few people.

Yes, this is from yesterday's race. It says I did the aquabike, but I did a relay with me doing the swim and the bike.
