peanut butter whole wheat sandwich with blueberry, strawberrys 5:15 a.m. Sipping on water after that. 1 hour before race sipping on Heed electrolyt drink. At half a goo gel 30 min before swim.

Looks like we were pretty close on the bike and run, but you rocked the swim!
Will you do Muskoka again? Sub 5hrs?
