Master 1391 | Subject: RE: Scariest Movie in the last 5 years Leegoocrap - 2010-10-03 7:47 PM Nah, the Human Centipede is tame, and awful campy (the professor really hams it up) It was an odd movie however! I saw the Human Centipede and I threw up about 10 times in my mouth. That movie just grossed me out...didn't scare me, but grossed me out. The are already working on a sequel, Human Centipede - Full Sequence for 2011. I'll probably end up seeing that one as well. I just saw this movie called 'Pig Hunt' the other day. Fun movie. It's about a group of guys and a girl that go hunting for this 3,000lb wild pig. They run into some hillbillies, Les Claypool from Primus and a cult that worships the pig. The Strangers is probably one of my favorite horror movies of recent years. Did a great job on the creepy factor. Also...The Mist is just awesome. I'm probably one of the few people that truly love the ending and glad that the director went in that direction. Actually Stephen King, who wrote the short story, said if he would have thought of that ending, he would have wrote that in the story. |

Poughkepsie Tapes? I also LOVED the Mist. The ending was gut wrenching and terrible, which made it perfect. It's one of the only movies where I can say I enjoyed it more than the book, and for me that's saying something because I'm a huge King fan. I watched "Session 9" on Friday night, and was very pleasantly surprised. Not too orignial, but really did a good job ramping up the tension. Though it came out in 2001, so doesn't fit the OP's criteria. |

I think that there is one called "The Audition" that is pretty twisted. Anyone see it? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Audition_%28film%29 I saw it not too long after it came out. Creepy, creepy, creepy!!! |

I'm afraid typing it's name would spark your interest enough for you to download it (as, thankfully it is not available in the US... and hopefully never will be.) and, I mean it when I say, although you might *think* you want to watch it... you do not. I have always had an "iron stomach" when it came to grotesque, "shock" and thriller... however, this film goes 100% beyond that. It is the only movie that has ever given me nightmares. When I say, after watching this movie, I literally felt like I needed to scrub myself with an SOS pad and Clorox... I truly mean it. Images I saw can NEVER be erased. And yet, it was *better* written, acted, and filmed than Inception...which is saying a LOT. All three of my friends who watched it with me agree, it is both one of the most genius movies, and all agree, it was absolutely the most unbelievably horrific film ever... and none of us will ever...ever... watch it again. Deleted from the hard drive, and the disc broken and thrown away. I suppose I will say, it is a 2010 film. Don't go any farther down the rabbit hole. Oh come on!!! YOu can't leave this post and NOT tell us the flick?!?!?!?!? Little hints? |

I think I know what film it is...and I honestly don't want to mention it's name or what it's about either if it's the same film you are talking about. I read the film synopsis and it freaked me out...and I can understand why it's not available in the U.S. |

Master 2477 Oceanside, California | Subject: RE: Scariest Movie in the last 5 years In the end, not listing it was probably peaking too much interest. I can quote a horror movie website. Keep in mind, this is a reviewer for a website designed to review horror movies whose target audience people that like disturbing movies. "If what I have written here is enough to turn your feelings of wonder into a burning desire to watch this monstrosity, then perhaps I haven't been clear enough. You don't want to see Serbian Film. You just think you do." [4] |

Just sick. |

Heck, "The Attack of the Killer Tomatoes" was a laughfest compared to that. How do those producers, directors, extras, helpers, gaffers, etc. and even those "actors" wake up in the morning after partaking in those? |

I am pretty sure they know they are making ridiculously stupid movies. The last one we watched centered around giant alligators (I think it was called Alligator) and was actually the SEQUEL to a giant alligator movie. The cop was played by the cop on Eureka, and he played pretty much the same kind of character, so it was clear they were all in on the joke. |

When you're an actor or a member of the crew you have bills to pay too, family to support...etc. so you take what you can get at that time, especially if you have a few months off between jobs. Heck, I would work on those films if it meant a steady paycheck. SyFy's next movie Mega Python vs. Gatoroid has Tiffany and Debbie Gibson in a catfight - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQ-TmUg3w9o&feature=related |

I think you are referring to lake placid 4 I saw the end of it last weekend sometime. My wife always laugh because I enjoy watching cheesey sci-fi movies. Most of them are so silly and fake I just have to laugh at them. |
