Overall, I was happy with today's run. I never pushed the pace and had more in the tank at the finish. The weather was humid, but not hot like year's past. If memory serves me right, this time was 13 minutes faster than last year. I still don't have the run speed I once had, but I hope this means my base going into IM preseason is a little better than last year. Time to work.
