Geez louise I'm still @ 140 for the 3rd week in a row.  I haven't had beer (or wine or any adult beverages) since Sunday -- I was expecting much better results for such a huge sacrifice Wink

Weighed in at 125.6lbs after training!! YES, I made my goal for race weight....now, to find a race LOL.

12/21/2011  203!! Boozing and eating a ton definitely doesn't work...back on the wagon.

1/23/2012 190 OK. for real this time. working out a lot. eating very well. reasonable portions. few carbs
