I would say St.Clair College, that is where I swim.

yeah masters swim at St.Clair college 5:30am Mon,tuesday,thursday and 6:30am Saturday.

or here is the windsor pool schedule for adult lengths... Adie Knox has a masters swim mon 8-9pm , tues,thurs 6:30-7:30pm and friday 8-9pm

I swim at Adie Knox. Almost always have a lane to myself in the morning. Water world keeps the pool temp too warm for me.

Also Essex rec center is nice.

It is a bit of a drive for people in Windsor, but I love swimming in Leamington for the salt water instead of chlorine. Pretty good masters class too.

Leamington's salt water pool is great and the masters swim program is excellent.

I swim in Essex or Leamington.  The Windsor Tri Club swims out of St Clair College
