VERY fun, I knew tons of people and had friends to encourage and be encouraged by along the way. I was proud of my finish and blew my goal time out of the water! :)

Wow is right.  You're moving right up the AG ladder with each successive race.  Each one of your splits is fantastic.  Very strong race!

GREAT JOB KRISTI!!!

You really put it all together for this one! What do you mean you want to run faster?!? You did! This looks to be your best race run all year. Congratulations! And your best bike too and quite possibly your best swim of the year. Way to go!

Great job Kristi!!!!!

It was really fun hanging with you, Heather, Hal, and everyone at Applebees. I yelled your name on the run when we passed each other. I have two blisters also... but I agree so worth it!
Great Job!

Great job at Mountain Lakes! I did the race also, but not near that fast. I'm from the area, so I'm glad you enjoyed the race. You may already know about this race, but the Frantic Frog Triathlon in Scottsboro, AL is coming up September 10th. I did it last year, and it's a lot of fun. Less people than Mountain Lakes and very well run.
