how did everyone do? 

for me, swim was awesome (barely even remember getting wet), bike leg was actually fun but the run kicked my out-of-shape butt.

(only complaint would be having a lack of knowledge (my own fault) of the hill just before the turn-around.  I got stuck in the wrong gear behind someone in the hill and lost all my momentum.  Ended up having to get out of my seat about half-way up the hill and thought my heart was going to explode at the top)

I was happy with my swim.  It was good considering my usual swims....River conditions were perfect.  Had fun relaying, wish I had tried to AB but glad that I chose not to fry my legs.
