Wondering what my LBS should charge to lace my existing wheel with a powertap pro?

My LBS charges 60 bucks for a wheel build, doesn't matter if it's a PT or regular hub.  If they can use the existing Rim that will save you money but they'll have to buy new spokes but those are pretty cheap.

X2, shouldn't be more than building any wheel.

... plus the cost of new spokes. Just make sure your existing wheel can be built with a PT. If it's a standard aluminum rim, then very likely not an issue, but a wheel with a carbon fairing (like Cosmic Carbone or HED Jet's), then you need to have a specific rim allowing the spoke angle through the rim. The drive side and non-drive side needs to be 2x for a PT to function correctly (commonly a wheel is built 2x DS and radial NDS).
